PERMA-CHEM first opened its doors in 1994 in Port Elizabeth where we successfully operated untill we've decided to relocate to Gauteng in 1997. Home is where the heart is, so we came back to our roots here in Port Elizabeth in 2004. We are still trading in Port Elizabeth and we are expanding to other areas throughout South Africa.
Our product carries the SABS stamp of approval and we have successfully completed several contracts with companies such as WBHO, Stock & Stocks, Murray & Roberts, etc., projects which include the LIFE MERCANTILE HOSPITAL, LIVINGSTON HOSPITAL and more recently the PORT ELIZABETH OPERA HOUSE.
PERMA-CHEM PREGNATION SEALANTS
are a ready-for-use impregnation product. Approximately 42% aqueous solution of potassium methyl silicone. It is primarily used for the impregnation of * Interior and Exterior walls * Fish ponds * Impregnation of brick products, paving, concrete blocks and tile roofs * Damp rise into cavity and solid walls.
PERMA-CHEM PLASTER LOCK
is a permanent waterproofer to be used on flat roofs and balconies with falls, shower bases etc. PLASTER LOCK may be used for lining and tanking.
PERMA-CHEM ENDURODUST
has been used for many years in South Africa to prevent wind and water erosion of particulate materials at mine dumps, from rail and road tracks during transit and in agricultural or civil engineering sites in sand areas.
PERMA-CHEM
also has a wide range of degreasers and other high performance cleaning agents available.
PERMA-CHEM ECOROAD
is a soil stabilizer that has passed intense long term testing. Using PERMA-CHEM ECOROAD offers benefits with reduced costs. Gravel roads require continual costly maintenance. Using PERMA-CHEM ECOROAD provides years of maintenance free and dust free driving. Furthermore, PERMA-CHEM ECOROAD provides an excellent base for tar surfacing and brick paving.

We do high pressure cleaning of roofs, walls, paving, etc. using a rotor nozzle.
